Suitable for conditions where additional cushioning is required without compromising mobility or functional control — e.g. plantar fascia problems and tibial stress syndrome. Allows for better tolerance and patient acceptance of orthoses. Good for use in multidirectional sports to reduce forefoot pivoting irritation.
